Benedictine College turned to MMTH, a long-standing partner, to reimagine its athletics facilities through a phased, master-planned approach. The work began with an athletics master plan in 2022 and moved into construction from there. MMTH converted the baseball, softball, and soccer fields to synthetic turf in 2024, then rebuilt the Ravens' track in 2025, delivering each phase design-build from conceptual design and cost estimating through civil engineering, drainage, and final construction.
