Siloam Springs School District engaged MMTH for the design and build of their athletic complex, the first K-12 Design-Build project of its kind in the state of Arkansas. In totality, the project included the removal and replacement of their varsity football/soccer field to synthetic turf and complete the Design-Build of the baseball, softball, and tennis complex on 12 acres, including all fields, fencing, lighting, scoreboards, concession stands, bleachers, dugouts, synthetic turf, sidewalks, batting cages, locker rooms, and storage areas.
