Washburn University work is personal to us. With 10 Ichabods on our staff, we’re proud to give back to the school that has given so much to our team. In 2025, MMTH converted Washburn’s baseball field in Topeka, Kansas, to synthetic turf and built a brand-new synthetic turf auxiliary field alongside it. We self-performed the entire job, from cost estimating and renderings through earthwork, grading, drainage, base construction, concrete curb, turf installation, and sports equipment, and we delivered both fields in just over two months. The result gives the Ichabods two all-weather NCAA Division II fields.
