Dustin Forgy

As Vice President of Field Construction at MMTH, Dustin Forgy leads the teams responsible for building the foundation of every athletic facility and sports construction project. From site preparation, grading, and drainage to the finished playing surface, he ensures every field is built to perform and last for years to come.

Dustin's precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence were shaped during his service in the U.S. Army, including an 18-month tour in Iraq, before returning home to Kansas. Those values continue to guide his leadership and approach to every project.

With extensive experience in athletic field construction, synthetic turf installation, and sports facility development, Dustin works alongside crews and project partners to deliver high-performance football fields, baseball and softball complexes, soccer fields, and multi-sport facilities across the country. Through his articles, he shares practical insights into field construction, turf systems, drainage, project planning, and the craftsmanship required to build sports facilities that athletes and communities can rely on for decades.
