As Vice President of Business Development at MMTH, Erica Schilling helps schools, universities, municipalities, and sports organizations turn ambitious facility ideas into successful projects. She leads business development initiatives that connect clients with the resources, strategy, and partnerships needed to move from vision to construction.
Before joining MMTH, Erica spent more than 10 years in collegiate athletics administration, including serving as Chief of Staff for Baylor University Athletics. Throughout her career at Baylor University, Texas A&M University-Commerce, Kansas State University, and the University of South Dakota, she gained firsthand experience in athletic department operations, fundraising, strategic planning, donor engagement, and capital project development.
Today, Erica works alongside institutional leaders to align fundraising strategy, donor engagement, facility planning, and business development into a clear path forward. She understands what it takes to build support among campus leadership, coaches, donors, and community stakeholders while advancing projects that strengthen athletic programs and create lasting impact.
