Jerad Head

As Director of Business Development at MMTH, Jerad Head helps schools, universities, municipalities, and sports organizations develop athletic facilities that elevate the athlete experience. He partners with clients from the earliest planning conversations through construction, helping them create sports environments that support athlete development, program growth, and long-term community impact.

A former Major League Baseball player, Jerad spent more than a decade competing professionally after a standout collegiate career at Washburn University. His journey to the Cleveland Indians organization gave him firsthand experience with the facilities, training environments, and resources that help athletes perform at the highest level.

Today, Jerad combines his competitive mindset with a passion for helping communities create sports environments that inspire athletes and fans alike. He works with clients to develop football fields, baseball and softball complexes, soccer facilities, and multi-sport venues that support player development, strengthen recruiting efforts, and create lasting community impact.

Through his articles, Jerad shares insights on athletic facility planning, sports facility development, athlete-centered design, program growth, and the importance of investing in facilities that help athletes compete, develop, and succeed at every level.
