A former Major League Baseball player, Jerad spent more than a decade competing professionally after a standout collegiate career at Washburn University. His journey to the Cleveland Indians organization gave him firsthand experience with the facilities, training environments, and resources that help athletes perform at the highest level.
Today, Jerad combines his competitive mindset with a passion for helping communities create sports environments that inspire athletes and fans alike. He works with clients to develop football fields, baseball and softball complexes, soccer facilities, and multi-sport venues that support player development, strengthen recruiting efforts, and create lasting community impact.
