Before joining MMTH, Kurt spent 18 years serving as commissioner in NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA conferences, including the Southern States Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. His leadership experience gives him a unique perspective on the evolving landscape of college athletics, conference governance, institutional leadership, and student-athlete success.
Today, Kurt works with colleges, universities, and athletic departments across the country on athletics feasibility studies, strategic planning, leadership development, athletic department reviews, executive searches, fundraising consulting, and Title IX compliance reviews. He understands that every institution has unique goals, and he helps clients develop customized solutions that strengthen programs, support campus leadership, and create sustainable competitive advantages.
